Edgewater's geography is its greatest asset. The neighborhood runs along the western shore of Biscayne Bay, giving residents sweeping water views from virtually every tower. The Margaret Pace Park waterfront greenway provides a beloved public space for jogging, kayaking, and sunset watching.

The neighborhood has attracted some of Miami's most architecturally ambitious residential projects. Paraiso Bay, Elysee, and Missoni Baia have brought world-class design and amenities to a neighborhood that was largely overlooked just fifteen years ago. The result is a striking skyline of glass towers rising above the bay.

Edgewater's central location makes it one of the most connected neighborhoods in Miami. The Metromover's Adrienne Arsht Center station is within walking distance, and the neighborhood sits at the crossroads of Wynwood, Midtown, the Design District, and Downtown — giving residents easy access to the best of the city.
